These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of itsfoamo.com and the mobile car detailing services provided by Foamo (“Foamo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Foamo provides mobile car detailing services in Charlotte, NC; Fort Mill, SC; and the surrounding metro area. Specific service offerings and pricing are listed on our website and are subject to change.
Bookings
- All bookings are made through our online booking platform (currently BookedIn).
- You must provide accurate information at the time of booking, including your service address and vehicle details.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking for any reason.
- Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a $25 fee.
- We may cancel or reschedule due to inclement weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide as much notice as possible in those cases.
Pricing and payment
- Prices listed on the website are current and subject to change without notice.
- Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and is based on vehicle size and selected services.
- Add-ons are billed in addition to the base service price.
- Payment is processed at the time of booking through our booking platform.
- Applicable sales tax may be added where required by law.
Service expectations
- We perform mobile detailing in your driveway or on your property.
- You are responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible and reasonably safe.
- We typically require access to water and a standard 120V outlet.
- Service duration is approximate and may vary based on vehicle condition and selected services.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle and service information at the time of booking.
- Be available at the scheduled time, or arrange access to the vehicle.
- Remove personal valuables from the vehicle prior to service.
- Disclose any known mechanical issues, leaks, or sensitive surfaces.
Damage and liability
- We exercise reasonable care when working on your vehicle and use industry-standard products and equipment.
- Foamo is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or aesthetic conditions present prior to service.
- If you have concerns about our work, please notify us within 24 hours of completion.
- Our maximum liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Intellectual property
The Foamo brand, logo, website content, photography, and copy are owned by Foamo and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used in any commercial context without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Foamo’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
